Orders & Deposits
All orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due on collection/delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the collection date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be charged the full order amount, depending on how far production has progressed.
Collection & Delivery
Once the cake has been collected or delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damage. Please ensure safe transport — cakes should be transported flat on a level surface and kept cool.
Allergies
All our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any severe allergies before ordering.
Photography
We may photograph cakes for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer your cake not to be photographed, please let us know when ordering.
